Q: WHAT HOURS DO YOU OPERATE?

We operate 24hrs a day 7 day a week including all Bank holiday


Q: DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO BOOK A JOB?

No we accept major debit or credit cards or alternatively you can pay by Paypal, Cash or BACS transfer


Q: WHAT IS YOUR COLLECTION TIME FROM BOOKING?

We operate in a similar way to a Taxi company and will have a vehicle with you with 30-40 minutes, possibly sooner –You can also book in advance for a precise collection or delivery  slot


Q: CAN YOU COLLECT FREIGHT FROM ANY PLACE IN THE UK OR FURTHER AFIELD?

Yes we can collect & deliver to any UK postcode-  European collections deliveries can also be arranged – We closely work with select freight forwarders who can organise airfreight collections to & from around world


Q: WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FOR ME TO OBTAIN A QUOTE?

Simply provide us with collection and delivery postcodes, the weight and size of the goods to be moved together with a collection and delivery time and we can give you a no obligation cost, if in any doubt give one of our friendly ops team a call and they will talk you through it.


Q: DO YOU COLLECT FORGOTTEN ITEMS SUCH AS KEYS, PASSPORTS OR LUGGAGE?

Yes we do, and have on numerous occasions.


Q: ARE MY GOODS INSURED WHILST IN YOU CARE?

Yes they are covered from collection point to destination under our comprehensive goods in transit policy


Q:  ARE YOU ABLE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY OR UPDATE ME ON PROGRESS?

Yes an ETA can be given at the time of quotation, booking or whilst en route, Our operation team are in regular contact with drivers throughout the delivery and can give you “real time” updates as and when you require.


Q: CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE THE DELIVERY IS IN PROGRESS?

Yes you would need to ring our ops team and they will reroute the driver and give you an amended ETA and cost.


Q: HOW DO I KNOW MY GOODS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?

We will send you a POD (proof of delivery) by SMS text,  email  or verbally by phone, whichever method you prefer – immediately after the goods have been signed for.
